Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with us!
Since all of our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items simply because you changed your mind (e.g., wrong size, colour, or just don’t like it). However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
✔ Photos of the item showing the issue
✔ Your order number
We’ll work with our fulfillment provider to either:
• Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund for the item.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Proof Required
To qualify for a replacement or refund, we require clear photo evidence of the problem. Without appropriate photos, we may be unable to process the request.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
• Items returned due to buyer’s remorse (i.e. change of mind) are not eligible for refund.
• Custom products (created specifically for you) are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and Printful.
